ORDER CANCELLATION
Once an order has been made via this website and paid for, you may cancel at any point prior to delivery for any reason and be entitled to a full refund by the same method of payment as you have paid us. Cancellations must be made in writing by email, fax or post. Once items have been delivered, the Product Return method below must be used to cancel your order.
PRODUCT RETURNS
In the unlikely event that an item arrives with you and does not meet with your satisfaction, or is no longer required, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to cancel your contract with us by email, fax or letter. Any items not required must be returned to us using a registered post service at the cost of the customer immediately. A full refund (including initial postage costs, but not including return postage costs) will be given by the same method as payment was initially given.
EXCEPTIONS TO GUARANTEE
The above guarantee will not apply to goods which cannot be accepted back into stock due to hygiene reasons. All jewellery which has been sold and is designed for insertion into a pierceing will be sealed in a clear bag; once the seal on this bag has been broken, we are unable to accept the goods back for a refund unless the goods are found to be faulty or damaged. The guarantee also does not apply to items which are made to your specifications or have been altered at your request, unless the product is found to be faulty or of an unacceptable quality. This guarantee is for UK CUSTOMERS - International customers should contact us for clarification PRIOR to placing an order for details of our international policies.
